I don't know where to begin or how to express myself enough to say "Thank you" for all you and the staff at Park Creek did for my mom, Emma Humpal.
What wonderful last 1 1/2 years of her life you all provided for her.
My brother and I definitely feel we chose the correct place for her to live and remain as independent as possible through her advancing age. The caring, thoughtful, efficient manner of care she received has been truly appreciated.
I will recommend your facility to others again and again, since I have only praise for your entire operation. The feeling of "family" is so prevalent, and I commend you all for the excellent jobs you do. Keep up the good work.
I close by simply saying "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely yours,
Barbara M.
My mom has been raving about the wonderful entertainment you have been having at Park Creek. She really enjoys it and couldn't stop talking about a group of seniors who recently entertained there. It's good to hear her enjoying herself.
She seems to have dropped the “hearing problem” in her conversations with me. Thank you for steering me in the right direction about that issue
Hope all is going well with you. As always, thank you for the good work you do and for the support you so willingly and graciously have given me.
Warm Regards,
Pat B.
It was exceptionally nice to be able to share meals with my mother. The dining room staff made us feel very welcome. They were pleasant, cooperative and interested and gave a great deal of individual attention to all of the residents alike. Terri and I applaud their efforts and we hope that they understand just how much that means to the elderly in their twilight years.
In addition, the two afternoons of entertainment that we attended were well done and Mother enjoyed them as we did (Raisin' Cane and 7th Grade Jazz Band).
The cleanliness, the living standards and the life-safety standards were of the highest quality, which speaks loudly for the quality of your staff! They should each and every one be proud of the job they are doing to make this community what it is today.
With Love and Cheer,
Terri and Austin M.
During the six months that my aunt, Olga Krivo, resided at Park Creek, I was greatly impressed with the quality of care and service she received. Her two regular aides, Shirley and Patti, gave fond attention to her personal care and appearance, as well as housekeeping duties.
Heidi always carried out her responsibilities with friendliness and efficiency. I especially appreciated her arranging for an extra armchair for Aunt Olga's room when she required health care aides on very short notice.
Alva performed her nursing duties with warm professional concern and well beyond her responsibilities, keeping me informed of any changes in my aunt's condition and health needs. One particular example was calling my attention to Aunt Olga's slowed gait and her need for physical therapy and a room closer to the dining room.
David has often gone out of his way to make life easier and more pleasant for residents and their families. His enthusiasm and rapport with the residents are great qualities. On one particular occasion, he was especially helpful to my aunt and me. He accompanied us to her doctor's office when the temporary health aide--at the last moment—could not manage the job. Also, his help in getting Aunt Olga's furniture moved when she was relocated to another room was greatly appreciated.
Since I use a wheelchair and could not perform many of these duties myself, the help was particularly welcome. The staff also was very accommodating in getting my wheelchair into and out of my car when I visited my aunt.
Thank you for an excellent, caring staff, pleasant surroundings, fine dining, and a great living experience for my aunt. I would highly recommend Park Creek Center to others.
Sincerely,
Dorothy S.

My mother was a resident of Park Creek Center for the last five years of her life until we lost her at the age of 94. I can't tell you how grateful our entire family is for the care and concern she received...
